The Gulangyu Ferry Terminal is located near the City Hotel Xiamen, while the hotel can be easily reached from the airport, as well. The City Hotel Xiamen has a total of 75 guestrooms is available. This total is comprised of a combination of standard rooms and various suites. Each guestroom is fully furnished and has complimentary broadband Internet access. Once used as a State Guest Building in the 1980’s, the 4-star City Hotel Xiamen has seen many foreign dignitaries and business celebrities. It was turned into a part of the hotel and redecorated in August of 2005. Chinese and Western cafeterias are available to provide guests with food, and the 24-hour cafe serves light snacks and drinks around the clock. An indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna are available for guests that wish to relax or exercise during their stay.
