The Cioci is located in the downtown district, off the main streets and facing a small square with a fountain. The hotel allows guests to walk less than five minutes to the central promenades, thermal park, and main piazza. The Cioci is within easy walking distance of the main railway station in Montecatini Terme, or guests can take the bus. Drivers have the regional highway network leading them less than an hour to Pisa or Florence for airport connections. There are 18 rooms at the Cioci divided between three levels. En suite bathrooms are standard. The boutique Cioci is restored in a basic modern style with a light Liberty façade remaining from when the hotel was built in 1900. It has its own restaurant offering Tuscan dishes and local specialties. The lobby area is used for small meetings and as a rendezvous spot for guests, and the bar serves cocktails and wine. There is a fitness room with a sauna. Parking is available to guests with cars.
