Albany Terrace, St. Ives, Cornwall TR26 2BS This luxury award winning 3 star hotel in Cornwall, the Chy-an-Albany, occupies a wonderfully elevated site overlooking St Ives Bay and the beaches and is just a short walk from the train station at the bottom of the hill. Originally three Edwardian houses built for local sea captains with the Hain Shipping Company, Chy-an-Albany was converted to a hotel in the 1920's. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished retaining much of the charm of the original building. At the bottom of the hill turn left onto Albany Terrace. The main car park is situated at the rear of the hotel and there are a small number of parking spaces at the front. To locate this proceed back to Albany Terrace, turn left on to Trelyon Avenue and left in to Albert Road. Take the next left onto Talland Road and left again into Belyars Lane.
