In a 19th century building, fully refurbished in 2010, the apartment is very close to Chiado city center and Bairro Alto, in the dynamic Santos area, with plenty of public transport access to other popular spots, like the traditional 25 and 28 trams. There are many restaurants in the area, from the typical Lisbon tavern to the trendy Largo de Santos's restaurants and the stunning riverside terraces. You will also find a variety designer shops and traditional trade, supermarkets and grocery stores open daily until 10 p.m. The train heading to Estoril, Cascais and their many beaches is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a parking garage at approximately 150 meters, two blocks, from the apartment.
