The Chaweng Cove Resortel hotel is just 10 minutes from the centre of Chaweng Town, close to a number of bars and restaurants, and just a 2-minute walk from the beach. It is also an excellent base for visiting a range of sights, such as the Big Buddha Temple (a 15 minute drive away), Na Muang Waterfall and Kanaram Temple (20 minutes away), and a safari tour just 25 minutes away. The shopping town of Nathon is just around half an hour away by car. The hotel is approximately 20 min from Samui international airport. Renovated in 2007, this air-conditioned beach hotel is nestled on the shore of Chaweng beach with 56 attractively arranged bungalows and chalets and 56 rooms constructed in the local style. It is located along an 80 m stretch of coastline and offers a range of amenities, including an entrance hall, 24-hour reception and check out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access/ WLAN (charges apply). For an additional fee guests may make use of the room and laundry services and cycle hire facility. The hotel also provides parking for those arriving by car. The traditional Thai-style bungalows are built out of wood with thatched roofs and are all spacious, with large balconies. The bungalows feature all modern conveniences, including individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and refrigerator. Additionally they contain an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, a double or king-size bed and a safe. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some traditional Thai refreshment, a romantic setting for cocktails and exotic drinks. Guests can also soak up the sun whilst either relaxing beside the swimming pool, with poolside snack bar, or on the lovely white sand beach. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on the sun terrace. ""Thai~Thai Massage"" offers traditional Thai massage, as well as facial and body treatment packages. For an additional fee guests can go banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing, cycling and riding. Santiburi Golf Club is just a 20-minute drive away. Guests can dine by the sea at ""Sea View restaurant"", a tropical restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere, which offers delicious Thai and international cuisines. The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk for check in and check out, and a tour desk to provide guests with information.
