The Chateau Les Carrasses is an extensively restored 19th Century Wine Domaine in the Languedoc, South of France. With a 20m shared infinity pool, tennis court and garden with boulodrome it is a great place to relax or a wonderful base from which to explore the Languedoc. Surrounded by vineyards it is just 20 minutes from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches and several medieval villages. The Chateau Les Carrasses combines all the best aspects of traditional holiday options: the facilities and standards of a 5 star hotel, the space and privacy of a villa rental, the authenticity of a working winery and the relaxed but attentive service of a private members club. All accommodation is self catering but there is also a bistro and fully licensed bar with poolside service.
