The hotel is located right in heart of downtown Deira in the Riqqa Street Area. Only 4 kilometres from Dubai International Airport, the hotel is located very close the main Shopping Areas and Restaurants. Overall this is a budget hotel but with great a location and easy access to all parts of the city. The property has limited facilities on site, but if you are looking for a comfortable base to explore the city then this a good choice. The building is modern in design and in keeping with buildings in the area. The lobby is of medium size with a good sized seating area. The rooms are medium in size and are basic in design and fittings. All rooms have central air-conditioning, flat screen television, satellite channels, direct dial telephone and all have a balcony facing the main street. There is 1 main restuarant in the hotel as well as coffee shop in the lobby. 15 km to the nearest fair site (wtc), 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (metro), 4 kms to the nearest airport (dubai).
