C'est Wat is is located only 50 meters from the river so you don't have to endure the hustle and bustle of the riverfront but are within easy accesss of all of the riverfront amenities. You can walk to Wat Phnom, Central market, the old market, the Royal Palace and National Museum. The guesthouse located above the restaurant has newly refurbished rooms that are reasonably priced (from $15 for a basic double room with one queen size bed to $30 for a balcony room with two queen size beds and a private balcony), all come with ac, ensuite, cable TV, Free WIFI, and fridge. Inspired by a fusion of Western and Asian foods, the menu will provide food that is suitable for everyones' palate. With a casual and relaxed atmosphere and stylish interior, you'll feel at home while savoring a great meal. This is supplemented by an extensive drinks menu including a multinational wine list
