Waldhotel Soodener Hof is located in the heart of Germany, close to the German Marchensraße (fairy-tale street) and to the historic Fachwerkstraße (half-timbered houses' street). We provide a good transport connection to the cities of Kassel, Eschwege and Eisenach. Our hotel benefits from this unique and beautiful surrounding with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the fantastic view to the Werretal valley and above Bad Sooden in Allendorf in hillside situation, at the edge of the wood. Our hotel complex consists of 4 buildings (Sooden, Allendorf, Waldblick and Villa Werrablick). The reception and the restaurant with view to Sooden-Allendorf are located in the Sooden building. Allendorf building offers a spacious swimming pool. Furthermore, our hotel provides a Finnish outdoor sauna. The 62 individually designed rooms and suites have different furnishings. All of them provide shower and toilet, hair-dryer, make-up mirror, satellite TV and a lot more. Some of them have a balcony with a wonderful view to Werretal valley. They provide massive furniture in American country house style. The rooms are located close to the forest and are very quiet and relaxing. One room has a canopy bed and 8 rooms have waterbeds. Our Frau Holle restaurant offers a cosy surrounding and quiet atmosphere. Our chef de cuisine prepares culinary and regional specialties. Our guests can also visit the arched cellar (former cellar of a town hall) and enjoy a glass beer or wine. Whether for business travels, private or cures - Waldhotel Soodener Hof is the perfect destination. We also offer our premises for a congress, conference or seminar and, of course, we place the necessary technology at your disposal. Let yourself be pampered in our "Vita Nova" wellness area, which includes 2 saunas, one steam bath and a resting room.
