Although the property has been renovated and modernized since guests such as Pope Clement VII, Pope Paul III, and the King of Italy Vittorio Emanuele III stayed here, the original details and luxurious ambiance remain. Take a guided tour of the castle’s ancient wine cellar to learn about the wine and olive oil production, then cap it off with a wine tasting complemented by traditional Tuscany dishes.
