Perguia accommodations can be right in the city, or on the outskirts. Such is the case with the Castel D'arno, located midway between Perugia and Assisi. It is pleasantly situated on a hill near the small rural town of Castel d’Arno. From the Castel D'arno, it is possible to drive to cities rich in classic Italian art: Perugia itself, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi and Spello. The major highway leading to the Castel D'arno is the A1. Each of the five apartments in the Castel D'arno is comfortably furnished and decorated. They all have kitchenettes and private bathrooms. Four are located on the first floor, a larger apartment is located on the second floor. The Castel D'arno is a 13th century building, which has been converted into five apartments for the holiday traveler. The property is surrounded by a garden and guests can relax beside the swimming pool. Parking is available, and there is a laundry room. Public spaces include a breakfast nook, a tavern with fireplace, and a barbecue in the garden.
