The uncomplicated and direct approach combines local stone, stucco and wood with warm Mediterranean colours of magenta, yellow and ochre over terra cotta. The rooms are about 50 square metres, are engagingly decorated in Mediterranean style with a touch of Peranakan. All rooms shave private balconies, with a view overlooking the river. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, DVD & CD players, iPod docking stations, coffee and tea making facilities and high speed internet access is available at a charge. Deluxe River rooms are rooms that faces the river. There are three food and beverages outlets, River Grill serves Continental buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Light bar lunch could be enjoy at Bar Rio. Head down to River Cafe for simple breakfast, lunch or take away. 1 kms to city centre, 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 120 kms to the nearest airport (kuala lumpur), 20 km to the nearest fair site (mitc melaka), 75 km to the nearest station (tampin raiway station).
