“Casa Flavia” located in the heart of historical center of Orvieto is an independent apartment of 50 sq.mt composed by kitchen, dining-living room with TV and divan-bed, bathroom with shower, a wide (22 m2) double room (can easily added one/two supplementary beds) and a large terrace (25 m2) over gardens where is possible to sit in the sun or to have romantic dinner under the moon (service not included !).Apartment has autonomous heating system, air conditioning, complete kitchen furniture with refrigerator, 4-burner gas, electric oven, toaster, coffee-machine, water-boiler. Moreover there is clothes washing machine, hair dryer etc..TV with BBC Channel. Just out of the apartment (it is 10 mt from the main street “Corso Cavour” of the town) is possible to find typical restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, internet points and any sort of shopping You need. All cultural and touristic interesting area of historical center are within 250 mt from the apartment. In Orvieto You can find art, history, architecture, relax, and, an oenogastronomy that makes Orvieto famous in the world. Upon request (if available) is possible to park in a private area just in front of the apartment (not included in the flat price).Fares include accommodation and breakfast, beds, bath and kitchen linen, gas and electricity.
