Casa Ciolina is a charming, luxurious residence situated in the foothills of ‘de Kempen’, a rural area in the Belgian province of Limburg close to Peer and Hasselt. This beautiful Casa is member of the Erfgoedlogies, a prominent club for bed&Breakfasts , guest houses. The 19th-century premises were formerly a soap factory and have recently been converted into a magnificent farmhouse with an inner courtyard. Although Casa Ciolina was originally a so-called ‘Teutenhuis’, which refers to a place where travelling salesmen from the region used to congregate, this location is a delightful experience for any kind of traveller. Casa Ciolina, owned by Maria and her originally Italian husband Enrico Ciolina, is a welcome breath of fresh air for anyone who enjoys subdued luxury.
