The Carl Gustaf will continue to garner global acclaim, offering one of the French Caribbean’s finest dining experiences, served under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Emmanuel Motte, Victoria’s, the resort’s signature dining outlet, is currently being completely redesigned and will reopen in 2008. The gourmet eatery features new decor, an expanded kitchen, and other improved design details. The restaurant will feature beautifully presented dishes, each artistic and all prepared with the freshest ingredients possible, epitomizing fine French cuisine. Recreational amenities include a health club, a spa tub, a fitness facility, and a steam room. The property's full-service health spa has body treatments, massage/treatment rooms, facials, and beauty service. Our expertly trained spa therapists aim to give you the ultimate personalized experience. The spa service menu features an extensive listing of luxurious a la carte treatments as well as intimate couples experience treatments. The fitness center is located at the Spa and complimentary access is available from 8am to 10pm. There are 14 guestrooms at Carl Gustaf Hotel & Spa. Balconies offer city or ocean views. Rooms are individually decorated. Beds come with Select Comfort mattresses, signature bedding, Egyptian cotton linens, and down blankets. At the 5-star property, accommodations include kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, and cooking facilities.
