The 5 star Capri Palace Hotel & Spa is located on the coastline of Capri and was established in 1961. It is close to Anacapri centre. The Hotel has 2 restaurants, a bar, a conference room, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 93 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe air conditioning. Michelin-starred Med cuisine, a serious Beauty Farm, and seaside chic as only Capri knows how. Capri Palace's past is recorded in its vaulted ceilings and columns, now a backdrop for huge sofas and artworks; and the pool, overlooking the Isle of Ischia, where you can nibble on exotic-fruit skewers while wearing oversized sunglasses, sets the tone of Italian indulgence. The Capri Palace hotel is one of Anacapris finest, its stunning sea views and throwback Roman Empire elegance chief among its charms. Whitewashed architecture and impeccably manicured gardens lend an aristocratic air, and the accommodations are fit for royalty. Guest rooms are opulent in gleaming white, with chandeliers, tile and marble baths and canopy beds, and the suites are delightfully over-the-top. The Acropolis, (penthouse suite), boasts perhaps the hotels finest sea view, and the Megaron, more apartment than suite, adds a private garden and swimming pool to the package. During the day, most guests choose to avoid the crowds by lounging by Capri Palaces pool, or taking spa treatments at the Beauty Farm. At night, descend into Capri to sample the towns many restaurants, or stay in for a meal at LOlivo, the hotels Michelin-starred restaurant. And if youre feeling like a high roller, take a spin on one of the hotels two yachts, should you have neglected to bring your own.
