At the insistence of her friends, she was persuaded to open “Il ristorante da Gino e Bice”, which later on was shortened simply to “Bice”. Ever since, Bice has been synonymous with quality, good cooking and hospitality. Years later, Beatrice’s sons Roberto and Remo decided to expand on their mother’s concept and opened a second restaurant in Porto Cervo on the island of Sardinia, and subsequently in New York, Chicago, Palm Beach, Tokyo, London, Singapore, Buenos Aires, Seoul and Mexico City. Camino Real has added Bice to its gastronomic lineup and this exciting concept will undoubtedly become a favorite of young and old alike for its unbeatable mix of great food and a fun, casual atmosphere.
