This resort offers a variety of 3- to 5-bedroom villas, all finished to an exceptionally high specification. The resort is firmly established as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to stay in the Disney/Orlando area. Please note that most of the villas swimming pools are gas-heated. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The office is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for a villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from all accommodation is 10 am.
