An 18th Century Georgian jewel of a property that has recently undergone a major modernization and refurbishment. Brandon House now offers first class boutique style accommodation, a fabulous new restaurant, relaxing coffee lounge and welcoming bar. Staying with us should be a treat from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. You will experience a warm welcome, great comfort and delicious food. Bed and breakfast is offered and the hotel's restaurant is open for a variety of meals from our main menu, carvery and grill. Brandon House has a charming bar and coffee lounge for meeting, relaxing and enjoying a number of locally produced ales and spirits. The hotel is located in an old market town on the edge of Thetford Forest; a renowned location for bike riding, forest trails, country walks and nature rambles. Other immediate attractions are High Lodge for live music during the summer, Brandon Country Park which is wonderful for families and Santon Downham; a very quaint village with forest, river and picninc areas. Brandon House has a large garden, small wooded area, plenty of off-road parking, can accommodate a marquee for anyone planning an event or function and is close to the picturesque river Ouse. Transport facilities within our immediate vacinity include rail and bus routes. Our proximity to the arterial road linking Norfolk, Suffolk and London is convenient for many business travellers.
