Braemount House is a beautiful, traditional Lakeland Victorian residence, set in a peaceful location midway between the bustling villages of Windermere and Bowness. We're just a 15 minute stroll from the shore of the picturesque Lake Windermere and just a short walk or drive to some of Britain's most breath-taking scenery. We have a range of comfortable and stylish en-suite rooms - most with bath and shower - from classic doubles to four poster bedrooms. At the top of the house we have our cosy suite with separate bedroom and living room. Each of our 9 rooms offers luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, sumptuous bath sheets, bathrobes in superior rooms, designer toiletries from Bath House in Sedburgh, complimentary hospitality tray with fresh ground coffee, fresh milk, a range of quality teas and home made biscuits, flat screen TVs with Freeview and DVD player, free WiFi and hairdryer. For breakfast we've searched the region to bring you the very best Cumbria has to offer - award winning meats, smoked fish, bread and preserves. At Braemount House we offer a friendly atmosphere, warm hospitality and attentive service. On arrival we offer tea and coffee and home made cake. After 7pm we offer a complimentary glass of wine and nibbles. If you have a special occasion to celebrate we can arrange champagne, chocolates or flowers in your room.
