Mandarin Oriental, Riviera Maya has enchanting natural surroundings from beach to lagoons and cenote; from mangroves and tropical forests to landscaped art patios. Over five million dollars of unique art is located throughout the resort. The resort has an extensive spa offering a large variety of facilities and treatments. Eleven treatment rooms include couples suites plus lagoon-style massage palapas and beach cabanas. The resort has luxurious guest rooms with contemporary design located in two-storey and bungalow style villas all with extensive terraces, most with gardens and an outdoor bath patio. Most rooms have an outdoor bathtub, suites have a private plunge pool. Mandarin Oriental, Riviera Maya is situated 30 minutes south of Cancun International Airport and 10 minutes north of Playa del Carmen. It is set among 36 acres of tropical forests and milky white sands lapped by the cerulean blue Caribbean Sea.
