Built in 1988 and refurbished in 2009, this complex comprises 16 villas, which share a swimming pool. The complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has very impressive sea views. On-site facilities include a lobby and a hotel safe. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. This finca is situated in the town of Binibeca Vell. The complex is a replica of a fishermen's settlement and reproduces traditional Mediterranean architecture. The beach can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, whilst the centre of San Luis is around 3 km away. Mahon can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or public transport and Mahon Airport is roughly 11 km from the accommodation.
