Benten no Yado Itsukushima is located near Itsukushima Shrine, a symbol on the Miyajima Island. The shrine was built over the bay anf the grand Torii gate of the shrine appears floating in the water. Miyajima was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Benten no Yado Itsukushima Miyajima is one of few hotels with natural hotel spring baths (onsen). Bathtubs are made of Hinoki wood and have a great view. Private bath is also available and has a garden view. Bedrock bath is very popular. The hotel offers two types of rooms, Japanese style rooms with Futons (Japanese style mattress) and Japanese style rooms with Beds. Garden side rooms have a view of the beautiful garden with maple & cherry trees. *Access Information* 26 minutes by JR Sanyo line from Hiroshima station to Miyajimaguchi station. 10 minutes by Miyajima ferry from Miyajimaguchi station to Miyajima Island. *Nearby attraction* Itsukushima Shrine, Goju-no Tou (Five-story Pagoda), Oo Torii (Grand Torii Gate), Momijidani Park. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
