The Bent Creek Lodge is situated in between the Blue Ridge Parkway and the French Broad River. Other local attractions are the Biltmore Estate and the North Carolina Arboretum. Horseback riding, biking, hiking, canoeing, rafting and fishing are common activities in the area. There are 10 guest rooms at the Bent Creek Lodge. These come equipped with wireless Internet connections, ironing facilities, CD players and individual heating and cooling units. Private bathrooms come with showers and bathtubs. The Bent Creek Lodge was built in 1999. This mountain retreat house provides seating areas, a pool table, a front porch, rear decks, an upper balcony and a kitchen. A breakfast and afternoon refreshments are served daily.
