The Jingdu Xinyuan Hotel stands in an exceptional setting near the Lotus Bridge on the third ring road of Beijing and is located at the exit of Jing-Shi Highway, only 300 m away from West Beijing Railway Station. The advantageous location and convenient transport connections make the hotel a superior choice to others in the western part of the city. Since it opened in 1997, the hotel has been awarded the title of China Green Hotel by the China Tourist Star-Rating Committee. Renovated in 2006, this 347-room hotel offers not only high speed web access and a range of other digital services to meet customers' individual needs, but numerous other facilities as well. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Dining, drinks and nightlife are provided by the caf, bar, disco and restaurant. Other facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include a hairdressing salon, WLAN Internet access, room service, laundry service and bicycle hire. Business travellers can make use of the conference facilities, and guests arriving by car may park their vehicle in the car park or covered garage (fees apply). The comfortable deluxe and executive rooms/suites offer a panoramic view of the nearby landscape. The en suite bathrooms are complete with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Rooms are fitted with double beds, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. Air conditioning and central heating is provided in each room, and rooms also feature a balcony or terrace. In guests' free time after business or travelling, the leisure and recreational facilities at this hotel are set in Xinyuan Fitness and Entertainment Centre. These facilities include a shopping centre, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna (fees apply), steam room (fees apply), massage treatments (fees apply), chess and cards room, tennis court (fees apply) and nightclub. A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. Lunch and dinner are available as buffets, set menus or la carte. The Chao Xiang Palace Restaurant mainly serves new styles of Cantonese food and Chaozhou food.
