Located at the very beginning of the famous Calle Montcada, two blocks from the Picasso Museum, this Borne apartment has been refurbished in 2009. Decorated with mild colours and elegant taste, its balcony you can see the famous Santa Maria del Mar Church and the lively Passeo del Borne. Located in the first floor of a renovated building, it´s composed of a spacious living area where the double sofa-bed is found, followed by the double bedroom and access to the balcony.
