The Saint-Amour inn was just a simple hotel before a young couple turned it into a charming place. These two globetrotters draw upon their travels to provide an eclectic, international menu. Memories from the Far East, flavours from the Orient, wine from Burgundy and elsewhere. The excellent dishes are enjoyed in a superb room where red tones sit alongside stone, or on the terrace looking onto the flower-filled garden.
