Where does the South of France begin? Perhaps right here, chez Martine and Omar. When you’re in Boisset, to the south of Cantal, you’re almost in Aveyron. The mountains are still there, the smell of spruce, and its delightful gastronomy. But the morning breeze heralds the first wave of warmth and by midday its time to close the shutters, and the pool beings to attract envious glances. Between the hearty welcome of the country house and the warmth of the chalet, the inn offers 13 rooms, including five featuring a terrace or balcony.
