This property is located on the infamous caldera, the cliff side overlooking the Aegean sea and the volcano. It is in the Megalohori area off the road that leads from Fira town to the beach resorts of Perissa and Perivolos. The nearest beach is a ten minute walk from the hotel at the bottom of the cliff. Alternatively, the beaches of Perissa, Perivolos and Akrotiri are a 10 minute drive away. Fira town is also just a ten minute drive. The airport is a 15 minute transfer away. This boutique hotel boasts a fantastic quiet location overlooking the sea and the fabulous sunsets. It is ideal for couples and honeymooners as well as those wanting a relaxing base from which to explore the island. Traditional Cycladic style structure with white stone washed with a swimming pool facing the sea. The breakfast room is by the pool overlooking the sea. There are a selection of tavernas and bars in Megalohori village just ten minutes away on foot. The lobby is fairly small. With tiled or wooden floors, wooden beams and traditional style hand carved wooden furniture, the studios are beautifully decorated each with it's own unique touches. On the ground floor is the living room and then upstairs is the bedroom with a traditional style vaulted ceiling. Facilities include air conditioning, television, fridge and hair dryer. All rooms have fabulous views of the turquoise waters of the Aegean sea and the famous volcano. 12 kms to the nearest airport (santorini), 8 kms to city centre.
