This luxurious hotel is located in the tourism area of the city of Xiamen. It takes only 10 minutes to reach Xiamen University from the Asia Gulf Hotel. Many of the city’s scenic areas can be found near the hotel. Both the train station and the airport can be found 15 kilometers away from the Asia Gulf Hotel. The Asia Gulf Hotel is comprised of a total of 354 well decorated rooms which are equipped with modern amenities. Some such amenities include complimentary Chinese and English newspapers, 2 bottles of mineral water, high speed Internet access, mini-bar, IDD telephones, and a private shower or bathtub. This 5-star hotel was built in 2005 and is the only garden-style hotel in Xiamen to offer great views of the sea. The hotel is comprised of 4 main buildings and 26 European style villas. The Asia Gulf Hotel’s on-site restaurant serves Chinese and Western style cuisine for guests to dine on. Recreational amenities include massage, tennis, sauna, KTV, and a swimming pool with a view of the sea.
