Arundel House is within easy walking distance of shops adventure caving a leisure centre and swimming pool Cheddar Gorge and the picturesque Mendip Hills. These offer open countryside and magnificent views for those wishing to walk in unspoiled surroundings. Other facilities close by include golf horse riding fishing and an artificial ski slope with ski lift. Within easy reach of Cheddar are the beautiful cathedral city of Wells and the historic town of Glastonbury. Bath with its famous Georgian buildings and Roman Baths is 25 miles away whilst Bristol with its large shopping centres museums theatres and historic docks is 18 miles from Cheddar. For those who enjoy a day on the beach the seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare is 10 miles away. Guests may enjoy a drink at the bar in our attractive lounge where a log fire burns during colder periods. Our food is freshly made and of an excellent standard special diets can be catered for. A 10% discount is available for bookings of four nights or more.
