Located just a few minutes from San Jose downtown, in one of the oldest districts, the Hotel Aranjuez offers the comfort and character of a genuine Costa Rican home. Its rooms have been designed with the original structure of the traditional houses and are spacious and well ventilated. This is excellent accommodation aimed largely at North American families. Here, you can stay in a room with a private bathroom for a very reasonable price, or a shared bathroom for even less. Room amenities include telephone, TV and safe. The hotel, which was built in the 1930s, retains a family-style atmosphere. Enjoy the garden cafe and many other amenities including, health spa and laundry room. The staff speak English, French and German, as well as Spanish.
