The Appart'city Rennes St Gregoire residence welcomes guests and invites them to discover an innovative new concept in furnished and well-equipped apartments. Guests will feel right at home in an apartment conceived to meet all their needs. Ideally situated in the north of Rennes, the residence offers apartments for rent at the best possible ratio between comfort and affordability in a location near the city's most important business areas and a few minutes walk from its centre. The coast is 68 km away in St Malo. Rennes Saint Jacques de la Lande Airport is 9 km away while Nantes Atlantique Airport is 118 km away. The complex has 125 apartments, renovated in 2005. To make guests' stay even easier, experienced hotel staff can help them choose their apartment and all the residence's services can be selected la carte. The residence has its own covered parking and a bike cellar. A laundry service is available. The spacious and furnished en suite apartments are decorated with an ocean theme and accommodate between 2 and 6 people. They are warm and sophisticated living areas offering comfort, well-being and relaxation. Amenities include direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, kitchenette, fridge and microwave oven. The residence is near the town centre and its sports club and swimming pools. A golf course is 17 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by public transport. Breakfast is served in the breakfasting hall. By bus: take buses 2 or 18 and get off at either the Pierre Mends France or the Donelire bus-stop. By air: Rennes Saint Jacques de la Lande Airport is 20 minutes away. By car: follow the bypass road in the direction of Saint Malo and take the exit ZI Saint-Gregoire in the direction of Centre Leclerc and then Centre Ville. The residence is near the Lyce Pierre Mends-France. Check in is Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 12:30h and from 15:00h to 19:00h; Saturday from 08:30h to 12:30h and from 14:00h to 16:00h. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. In case of arrival on these days, please call the reception to obtain some access codes. No breakfast on Sunday and public holidays.
