This property of human scale offers 67 large and comfortable accommodations, studios for 22 to 27 m², T2 from 39 to 46 m² and T3 from 49 to 58 m².All are fully furnished and tastefully equipped and have large balconies. The bathroom has a tub and toilets are separated in most apartments. The U.S. kitchen is open to the main room that has very large windows so you can enjoy the beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. Linen is provided with your location, and the beds are made upon arrival. A set of equipment and services will be added again for your comfort: air conditioning, telephone with private number, flat screen with 18 french channels and 10 foreign, free Internet access including in your apartment, parking at the foot of your home, always free! Our priority is to always satisfy you more, we also put at your disposal and free a barbecue area, a gym and a ping pong table outside. Many services are available with supplement: space bar and restaurant with the possibility to have dinner, on booking, from Monday to Thursday (Menu at 15€), laundry, breakfast, secretarial services (photocopies, fax...)Staying here is choosing a unique situation. The conditions of stay that you can enjoy are exceptional in nature and green spaces that have no equivalent on Toulouse.
