The building has 16 apartments on 4 floors, with a lift. All apartments are fully equipped: efficiency kitchen with everything needed to use, complete bathroom and comfortable, sunny double bedrooms. Apartments can be one bedroom with a maximum capacity for 3 people, or two bedrooms, with a maximum capacity for 5 people. Each apartment has a safe-deposit box. On the ground floor reception is at your disposal from 9:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:30. The Apartments are surrounded by shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, and give easy access to the local beaches and nightlife. In the city centre Ibiza, 100 metres from the Ibiza port, a few metres from the walled-in city of Dalt Vila, declared a heritage site by UNESCO. Superbly well-connected by regular city bus service and taxis. Near the most beautiful beaches on the island: Ses Salines, Talamanca or any other part of the island.
