The residential complex consists of 21 luxury townhouses. They have an outdoor swimming pool access for adults with a party for children, surrounded by garden. For convenience the townhouses have a spacious private garage for up to 3 cars and a small boat. These tourist accommodations are located between the beaches of Denia and Oliva Nova. It combines the natural beauty of an unspoiled beach dunes with high performance services. In the vicinity clients will find a wide range of sports activities. The houses have two floors and three bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom in the main bedroom, full bath on the upper floor and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. It has a spacious living room with fireplace iron and satelite TV. Upon payment of deposit to be returned on departure after checking the apartment. At Easter the key collection should be made by a person over 30 years, otherwise there will not be handed the keys on arrival.
