Overlooking the University of Michigan Central Campus, the downtown Ann Arbor Bed and Breakfast lodging inn is a mid-century modern chalet with nine spacious guest rooms and an atrium dining area opening to a large deck facing a campus park. A full breakfast with fresh chopped fruit, select local breads, tasty granola, plain and fruit yogurt, and a hot entr and eacute - e is served each morning. Each guest room is uniquely furnished, has a private en suite bathroom, DVD-TV, Wi-Fi and cabled internet, a pillow-top king or queen bed, and a covered, on-site parking place. Hot tubs, kitchenettes, twin beds, and rollaways are available. We are inside two blocks of Hill auditorium, the League, Palmer Commons, Power Center, and the Rackham building. The Ark, Zingermans Deli, the Michigan Theater, Hollanders paper, the Farmers Market, U-M Art Museum and the weekend getaway downtown featuring 37 dinner-class restaurants, art and import galleries, eclectic boutiques, and things to do are within a walkable half mile. The University of Michigan Union, Law School, and Ross Business School are nearby less than 3 quarters mile . Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
