The hotel is located in the city centre and stands along Kushiro River near Kushiro Port. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi and 15 minutes by walk from JR Kushiro Station. From the Kushiro Tancho Airport, there are airport shuttle services to Kushiro city centre and it takes about 40 minutes to Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO which is one of famous shopping and dining area and right next to the hotel. It is 40 minutes drive to The Kushiro Marshland National Park, the largest wetlands of 27,000 hectare and the first protected area in Japan by the Ramsar Convention. The hotel serves three restaurants and 1 lounge bar. The restaurant on ground floor provides light meals throughout the day including daily buffet breakfast.
