The Americas Best Value Inn in Old Orchard Beach, Maine is conveniently located near the center of town across the street from the beach and amusement park. It is also close to the pier, restaurants, and bars with live entertainment. It is a two-story outdoor corridor horizontally shaped property with 55 comfortable guestrooms. The hotel serves a continental breakfast during January through June and September through December. Guests can relax in the ocean-view lounge, overlooking the famous old Orchard Strip, or sit on the balcony and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. Guests can also enjoy in the crystal clear heated outdoor pool. Some guestrooms are furnished with kitchenette, Jacuzzi, and 27-inch LCD TV. All guestrooms are furnished with high-speed Internet access, microwaves, mini refrigerator, cable TV, irons, ironing boards, complimentary local calls, and complimentary newspaper. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Seasonal Property - Open April 22nd thru Columbus Day
