The Americana Village, also called the Americana Vacation Club, is situated amongst green lawns, trees and colorful flower beds, and is close to the hottest tourist attractions in Lake Tahoe. Indoor and outdoor activities are plentiful, such as South Lake Tahoe ski resorts, the Gondola Heavenly Ski Resort, a robust nightlife, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. The Americana Village is less than 10 miles from the Lake Tahoe Airport. The rooms at the Americana Village provide kitchenettes, TV/VCR, stereos, and other homey touches. Also available are washers and dryers. The hotel offers a solarium and a waterfall for guests looking for a peaceful experience. More active guests can play golf, volleyball, basketball or barbeque outside when the weather is warm. The Americana Village also offers sledding, snow shoeing and cross country skiing when the weather is colder. There are video rentals available, group activities – such as game night and karaoke, and a complimentary Continental breakfast. Amenities also include a pool, spa and a children’s playground.
