Location Located on Highway 27, just 2 miles north of Interstate 4, this housing development is just 25 minutes from the Disney property, 25 minutes from Sea World and 1.5 hours from the beaches of the Gulf Coast. Grocery shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Facilities These beautiful, fully furnished, fully equipped 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom superior homes all have private screened-in pools. Their easy access to the I-4 makes them the ideal location for visiting the theme parks or exploring the rest of Florida. The properties in this community have electric pool heating. Rooms These beautifully furnished homes have every facility necessary. They offer individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. The large fully-equipped kitchens include a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. They offer the option of home-cooked meals, or guests can save extra money by packing a lunch before going out for the day. Guests can lounge by the pool or watch TV with the family in the over-sized living room. All utensils and linens are provided. All units have a washer/dryer, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and radio. Sports/Entertainment The private screened-in swimming pools are a relaxing oasis after a day on the run. A minimum of 2 sun loungers are provided, along with 4 chairs and a table in the pool area. Payment MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment. Misc. Guests may check in from 4 pm. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection is possible from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning 1 800 713 8356 (toll free) and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental and highchair rental. All apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The check out time from the accommodation is 10 am. How to get there From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading west; this is a toll road. Exit at junction 2, signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue and drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Center, where guests can check in, will be on the right.
