The Amboseli Lodge is ideally located in the centre of the town. Windermere Lake, Blea Water and St Martin's Church are within a 20 minute drive from the bed and breakfast. Grasmere Lake, Loughrigg Tarn and Rydal Water are a 10 minute drive from the Amboseli Lodge. Less than 10 minutes drive away are some great attractions such as the Elter Water, and conveniently there is complimentary private parking on site at the bed and breakfast should you need it. Esthwaite Water and Moss Eccles Tarn are a 20 minute car ride from the bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast managers are warm and friendly.
