The Alvormar sits on a slight hill just 750 metres from one of the Algarves beautiful beaches. The village of Alvor offers traditional narrow streets with many local shops and restaurants on offer making this a friendly and relaxing place to stay. Local Tips: Alvormar Apartments are situated 65 km from FAO airport, just 750 meters one of the Algarve's most idyllic beaches and 4km from the city of Portimao. FACILITIES: Food, Drink and Entertainment: Bar, Snack Bar. Sports, Games and Activities: Swimming Pool (heated salt water), Children's Pool, Sun Terraces, Snooker and Games Room and Mini Golf. For the Kids: Children's Swimming Pool and Playground. Additional: 24 Hour Reception. Please note in November and December the reception is only open from 09.00 to 17.00hrs. All arrivals after this time will find a phone number to ring on the door.
