Newly refurbished Albergo Marin is just a few minutes' walk from Venice's Santa Lucia Railway Station and is even closer to the famous Grand Canal. This family-run hotel is located on a quiet street, with good access to the transport system. Water taxis and buses leave from nearby and parking is available in nearby Piazzale Roma. Marin's clean and bright en suite rooms were refurbished in 2008. Bring your own laptop and enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet connection in the lobby! Occasionally the hotel serves afternoon tea and cookies. The hotel is situated just one minute's walk from the Grand Canal, and 5 minutes from both the rail station and Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma (you arrive here both from Marco Polo airport VCE and Treviso airport TSG): - Follow signs for Ferrovia. - After San Simeon Piccolo church, turn right and follow the street. - Following the street, you will turn right twice more before reaching the hotel. From Ferrovia (rail station): - Upon exiting the rail station, cross the bridge on your left. - Once over the bridge, turn right and the immediately turn left. - Following the street, you will turn right twice more before reaching the hotel.
