The building is surrounded by nature , it is private and peaceful with car and bicycle parking. we are, 3 Stanislao Caboni Street , ( Bonaria area )just a couple of minutes from the port and the poetto beach , a few steps from the Sardinian Trade Fair, and from the sea coast Su Siccu beside the archeological sites such as as the Roman -phoenician necropolis of Bonaria , the paleochristian basilica of San Saturnino , and the basilica sanctuary of Our Lady of Bonaria with its octagonal templar tower, and not far from the sport centre and stadium. A pleasant spot surrounded by nature with sea view and the historic al area of the castle
