Now containing ten comfortable, tastefully furnished apartments it truly is a relaxing oasis of tranquility. The hills and the close proximity to the coast allow for an all-year round mild climate making it a perfect holiday destination any time. The well-equipped surrounding area features pergolas, tennis courts, football pitches, bowling, cycling tracks, barbeques and outdoor oven ensuring you make the most of the generous weather. A refreshing swimming pool is situated at the front of the building is the perfect place to cool down after a particularly hot day. For those who don't shy away from heat, a little sauna is on-site for guest use. The lovely owners are happy to assist guests with advice and suggestions regarding excursions to the Etruscan-Roman sites, the best restaurants and the most beautiful beaches and coves.
