The farmhouse Ai Prati, in the heart of the green Umbria , it's a lovely rural country-house, entirely renovated, in the middle of a 50 hectares cereals crops. It is open all year-round. The perfect location of the farmhouse Ai Prati, well linked with all the main motorways, offers the opportunity to visit more than one tourist destination in a day such. In fact it is ideally located in the middle of the historical, religious, cultural and gastronomic itineraries of Umbria - 10 Km Perugia, 15 Km Assisi, 30 Km Gubbio, 30 Km Lake Trasimeno, 35 Km Todi, 45 Km Citta di Castello, 60 Km Spoleto, 80 Km Orvieto -The property offers accommodation in beautiful private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, Tv, Wi-Fi connection. A typical breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes and cookies, is served in the large living room of the farmhouse. On top of that we are glad to serve typical home made meals upon request. We primarily use local and fresh seasonal products and our recipes are based on typical Umbria dishes. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden with a dedicated area for kids and private indoor parking. We can provide mountain bikes, free of charge, to ride along the Tiber River . Other facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court, horse riding and golf course are available within 525 minutes drive distance.
