The distance to Heraklion airport is 72 km and to Chania airport it is 65 km. Local Tips: Rethymnon still maintains its old aristocratic appearance, with its buildings dating from the 16th century, arched doorways, stone staircases, Byzantine and Hellenic-Roman remains, small Venetian harbour and narrow streets. FACILITIES: Food, drink and entertainment: Bed and Breakfast accommodation with an option for Half Board. The Sentido Aegean Pearl Hotel has the main Restaurant for the half board guests (Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Both meals are served in buffet style), the Bar near the pool area, a friendly lounge, the snack bar for lunch meals and a la carte dinner Restaurant.
