The Adsubia Hotel lies in a large commercial district and is approximately 500 m from the beach and the maritime station of Dnia. The hotel is also only around 100 m from Denia's monumental fort. The town and tourist centre, with numerous restaurants and bars, is a 5-minute walk away. The newly constructed Adsubia Hotel was inaugurated in 2005. It comprises a total of 46 rooms, of which 41 are double and 5 are single rooms. All rooms come with individually adjustable air-conditioning, a TV with more than 20 channels and DSL Internet access. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer and toiletries. This hotel welcomes guests into a lobby area with a 24-hour reception service. Guests are furthermore offered a TV lounge, a complimentary coffee shop as well as a snack bar. It is also possible to take advantage of the laundry service on offer(additional fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are also on offer on the beach for an additional fee. The nearest golf course is about 8 km away.
