Acropolis Apartments is a 3 star hotel resort comprising of 30 holiday apartments in the Hersonissos region of Crete. Located near on the north coast around 23 Km east of Heraklion International Airport, this idyllic retreat in picturesque Mediterranean surroundings offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the Cretan hospitality. The complex is just a short walk from the beach and popular harbour area where there are a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as Irish and Dutch themed pubs. There is also an aquarium in the vicinity, and the Lychnostatis Open Air Museum houses a recreation of a traditional Cretan village. Facilities at the hotel complex are plentiful, including a cafA©, lounge with bar and a restaurant serving a range of Greek and international cuisine. The lounge area features a pool table and computer games, plus there is also an internet cafA©. The large outdoor swimming pool allows guests to have a private dip whilst admiring the beautiful rural panoramic views. Each apartment comes with its own bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge for cooking. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV, telephone and private balcony.
